Demons Alley. These abandoned homes were once called New City Complex or New City Village & was a community just off of Rt 23 in West Milford, New Jersey. They were residences for Newark Watershed employees; the watershed being an entity that ultimately took over the property when the last occupant left in 1992. [Source]
